Zenon Retired His Parents Within 2 Years Of Becoming A Financial Services Consultant With VA

“For as long as I’m sitting here, you can forget about a promotion,” Zenon’s manager at MZ Inc told him.

At this point, Zenon already had a few years of experience at MZ Inc where he worked several roles.

As a specialist in business development, he brought in revenue, franchise deals, and sponsorship agreements that exceeded the combined achievements of all the managers.

Despite that, he never got promoted.

To add insult to injury, at the peak of his contributions at MZ Inc, he was earning a meagre $2.5k.

The treatment cut deep.

It stirred up a reminder of his father’s situation.

Zenon’s father didn’t know English, so he unknowingly signed an unfair contract as a photographer that led him to be overworked and underpaid for many years.

Due to his father’s circumstances, Zenon was always devising ways to earn money.

Since young, he picked up trading, flipped goods, launched a tailoring business, and even started a holding company. He joined MZ Inc to learn about business; it was unfortunate that things turned out the way it did.

After Zenon left MZ Inc, he joined VA for better opportunities.

Unlike the road commonly taken, he had always been passionate about financial literacy and was a practitioner himself before becoming a financial services consultant and learning to sell.

Tony, the founder of VA, was appreciative of Zenon’s existing knowledge, which impressed Zenon because most of the other leaders he met were more interested in sales.

In his first month at VA, Zenon made a 5-figure income. Over the next few years, he got promoted twice.

Also, the majority of his team of 11 achieve COT or MDRT every year.

Within his first 2 years as a financial services consultant, Zenon retired both his parents.

Now, he has plans to afford a $4M condo on Dunearn Road so that his daughter can attend his wife’s alma mater, Methodist Girls’ School, when she turns 7.

Zenon is grateful to VA for the opportunity to get promoted, earn a comfortable income, and provide for his family.

If you’re a high-value employee being undervalued and underappreciated at work, it’s time to take charge like Zenon did. VA might be the place for you.
