This Event (“Career Networking”) is brought to you by Vision Technologies Pte Ltd (“FinStyle”) and Vision Advisory Management Pte Ltd (“VAM”), the views of speakers, moderators, and any other third parties (together the “Partners”), are provided for informational purposes only and they are general and educational in nature. FinStyle, VAM and their Partners to the extent permitted by law shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges or expenses, whether direct, indirect, or consequential and howsoever arising, that you, or your friend(s) whom you signed up for, suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with use or reliance on the information provided in the event (the “Organiser” shall refer to both Vision Advisory Management and/or Vision Technologies Pte Ltd). By signing up for this event, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions.

Event Period:

This Event runs across one monthly client event (“Event Period”):
– 15th March 2023

Eligibility:

This event is open to all individuals (“Participant”) who are:
(a). Citizens or permanent residents of Singapore who hold a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number or Valid Work Pass Holders, and

(b). at least 21 years old.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in this Event:(a). Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (and its affiliates) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and
(b). Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

The views expressed by the Partners at the event are those of the Partners’ and not necessarily the Organiser. The Organiser does not endorse any views or recommendations discussed or expressed in the event and also assumes no legal liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of these events.

Where links are provided to other sites and resources of third parties, these links are provided for your information and use only by you and the other attendees of the event. The Organiser neither endorses nor accepts responsibility for the contents of those sites or resources.

Each Participant:

(a). consent to the use of their names and/or photographs as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity without any compensation.

(b). agrees that the Organiser shall not be responsible and no claim relating to any losses or injuries shall be asserted against the Organiser for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Event and acceptance or usage of any prize, including without limitation to personal injuries, death or property damage; and

(c). warrants and represents that the content posted in the comment section of the event post will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of the third party. Any infringement of such will be solely their own responsibility. To indemnify the organiser at all
times, hold harmless all of its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, servants and representatives from and against any loss, liability, claim, charges, damages, demands, cost or expenses suffered or incurred by any of them as a result of a breach of infringement or, where applicable.

Upon signing up or being signed up, you consent under the ‘Personal Data Protection Act 2012’ to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the Organiser as they deem necessary for the purpose relating to the event, including but not limited to any confirmation and reminders, as well as updates on products, services, and promotions provided by selected third parties which may be of interest and benefit to you.

By participating in this Event, each Participant consent to a representative/3rd Party partners of the Organiser to contact them (even though their telephone number is already registered on the National Do Not Call Registry) for marketing purposes, and provide them with marketing,
advertising and promotional information, materials and/or documents relating to products and services marketed by 3rd Party Partners of the Organiser. The consent provided is in addition to and does not supersede, vary or nullify any consent which they may have provided previously in respect of the above purposes unless their consent is withdrawn. Each Participant confirms that they are the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number or email provided by the Participant.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add, withdraw, supplement, suspend or terminate this event at its sole discretion at any time and without notice, reason or liability, and all decisions made by the Organiser in this connection shall be final and binding. The Organiser
shall not be liable for payment or compensation to any party. No appeal shall be entertained.

The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

This Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
